The Mindful Parent Hub
At The Mindful Parent Hub, we create welcoming, child-friendly spaces where parents can pause, reflect, connect with others and prioritise their own wellbeing. Our 90-minute parental wellbeing workshops combine practical coaching with creative activities, giving you the time and tools to feel calmer, more confident and more like yourself again.
We've been supporting parents across East London for the past 18 months, running workshops in Leytonstone, Wanstead and Walthamstow, with Stoke Newington joining our programme this autumn.

We know that childcare isn't always possible, which is why all of our workshops are child-friendly. If you have a little one who needs to come with you, they are always welcome.
If you're not quite ready to book a workshop, we'd love to meet you at one of our free Coffee Catch-Ups. Held approximately every six months, they're a relaxed way to meet other parents, learn more about what we do and become part of our supportive community.

Meet Gemma
Hi, I'm Gemma – a Parental Wellbeing & Burnout Coach, and co-founder of The Mindful Parent Hub.
I created The Mindful Parent Hub because I wanted to support more parents than I could through one-to-one coaching alone. Parenting can be overwhelming, and I believe every parent deserves a space to pause, feel heard and learn practical tools that help them thrive, not just survive.
Alongside our community workshops, I also offer 1:1 parental wellbeing coaching, helping parents navigate burnout, overwhelm, stress, anxiety, life transitions and the challenges of family life. These personalised sessions are incredibly popular, providing dedicated support and tailored strategies to help you feel calmer, more confident and back in control.
Whether you choose to join one of our workshops or work with me individually, my mission is the same: to help parents prioritise their wellbeing so they can create happier, healthier lives for themselves and their families.
