At The Kindred co., we’re all about creating a safe, relaxed and welcoming space for those navigating motherhood - whether you’re stepping into it for the first time or doing it all again.
We offer mum and baby groups : The Mother Space for those with babies 0-6 months, and The Mother Space + for 6-12 months.
Hosted by local doulas Liz and Ginny, our groups are centred around your wellbeing, opening up conversation and opportunities to connect with others, share and build a community. Local professionals will join us to provide tips for navigating the stage of motherhood that you're in.
Held at Fields Farm Cafe, East Bergholt.
Book for a six week course, held on Wednesdays.
