The two fantastic swimming pools host a range of swim sessions which are a great way for everyone of all ages to get active and have fun in the water. Everyone Active’s award-winning swimming lessons are also available at Mounts Baths Leisure Centre - the swim teachers are all Swim England (or equivalent) qualified, and swimming lessons are available for any age from just four months old.
And for the grown ups, there’s also a gym that’s packed with all the latest equipment alongside a dedicated group exercise studio with a packed programme of classes. There’s also a sauna, steam room and plunge pool available at Mounts Baths, which are perfect for winding down after a long swim or workout, or to give yourself a well-earned break.
Older kids, starting from 11 years old, can visit the gym in supervised sessions, ensuring they’re learning how to keep fit and healthy in a safe environment.
