Mollart CBT provides specialist psychological and relationship support for individuals and couples, led by Dr Katherine Mollart, Clinical Psychologist and Couples Therapist based in Winchester.

Katherine is the creator of Staying Connected Through Parenthood, an 8-session relationship course designed to help parents strengthen their relationship through the demands of family life.

Becoming parents can change a relationship in ways couples don’t always expect. Less time together, exhaustion, competing demands, changes in intimacy and the constant mental load of family life can leave even strong couples feeling more like co-parents or housemates than partners.

Staying Connected Through Parenthood offers practical, evidence-based tools to help couples understand the patterns they get stuck in, communicate more effectively, manage conflict, share the mental load, work together as a parenting team and rebuild emotional and physical connection.

The course is light, practical and educational — not group therapy. Couples won’t be expected to share personal information with the group or take part in role play. Instead, they learn useful relationship skills and have opportunities to reflect and practise privately together.

The course runs at Thrive + Wild in Kings Worthy, Winchester, with supervised soft play available for children while parents take part and babies welcome to stay with their parents.

Katherine also offers couples therapy and psychological therapy through Mollart CBT for parents who would benefit from more individualised support.

Staying Connected Through Parenthood begins on 1 October 2026 and runs on Thursdays from 5.15–6.15pm for eight sessions.
