It's my job to help you feel comfortable and confident in exploring the movement and breathwork of yoga. I encourage with a warm and positive attitude, provide safe and gentle exercises that feel great, and facilitate a space where you can come as you are, meet like-minded mums and take some time for you.
My Postnatal Yoga and Gentle Fitness classes run weekly during term-time from my home studio in Coddenham, Ipswich.
My Pregnancy Yoga Course begins in June and runs for 4 weeks from The Coddenham Centre, a short hop from the A140 between Stowmarket and Ipswich.
I also offer private 121s, small group sessions and specialist pregnancy and postnatal support through yoga and meditation in-person or online.
