At Crescendo we offer individual and small group creative classes in York Uk. Our toddler group classes are a great way to get your child interested in music. We offer two kinds of music class for ages 3-6. The first is Open Play; this is a self guided session where children get hands on with real instruments through fun, age appropriate activities. They won't even know they are learning! The seccond is our teacher led musical explorers programme. In the first term children will develop their knowledge about the foundations of music using the piano, in the spring term children will choose their favourite child sized instrument to continue their learning journey.
New for 2026-2027 is our 'My first art gallery' experience for children aged 2-6. Each week children will learn about a new artist through hands on activities. Each session will include a chance to get hands on with 'real' art, engage in learning activities and create their own mini masterpiece to take home.

All sessions take place in our purpose designed studio located on clifton moor (Studio 4, Storage king york, water lane, York, Yo306pq). The studio has free parking and the number 6 bus stop is located just outside. Your teacher will meet you in reception 5 minutes before your class is due to start
