Our aim is to give parents the knowledge to navigate their birth with confidence, however it unfolds. We aren't aiming for a drug free birth, but a positive experience where parents feel supported and happy.
We offer Hypnobirthing courses for caesareans, inductions, groups or privately.
Our Pregnancy Relaxation classes are for mums-to-be and a great way to meet other local parents and learn some simple techniques to help you through pregnancy and birth. Thse also act as a great taster to get to know me, as a teacher and my birth beliefs.
