Review: Infantino ‘You are My Sunshine’ Pop-Up Ball Pit, worth £24.99

We were very happy to be chosen to review the Infantino "You are My Sunshine" Pop-Up Ball Pit and my son absolutely loved playing in this! It’s a really good size for both indoor and outdoor use, giving him plenty of room to play comfortably. I particularly liked how versatile it is, as we could use it inside the house when the weather wasn’t great and take it outside when it was sunny.

One of the best features is that it folds down into a compact size, making it easy to store away when not in use. This is especially useful if you don’t have a lot of spare space in your house. It also makes it convenient to take away with you, whether you’re visiting family or going on holiday. Folding it away is similar to folding down a pop-up tent. I’m not particularly good at this sort of thing, but my husband managed to do it on his first try! Once you get the hang of it, it’s a really handy feature.

Another positive is that it is wipeable, which is great when you have a baby or young child who can quickly make things messy. It’s easy to clean after use, making it a convenient option for family life.

The main downside is that the sides are quite flimsy and don’t feel particularly sturdy. My son liked leaning against them and trying to pull himself up, so I had to keep a close eye on him while he was playing. I would recommend using it on a soft, level surface and supervising little ones carefully, especially if they are at the stage of pulling themselves up or starting to stand.

Overall, I would recommend this product for occasional use, particularly if you’re looking for something portable that can be used both indoors and outdoors. However, because the sides are quite flimsy, I’m not sure I would choose it for daily use. I’d give it 4 out of 5 stars!
