Review: Alpha-Pose Letter Yoga, worth £15.95

We absolutely love the Alpha-Pose Letter Yoga set! My daughter had so much fun trying out all the different yoga poses, some of them got her quite tangled up, which led to lots of giggles! It’s such a brilliant way to get kids moving.

She’s really into sounding out her letters at the moment, so we took it a step further and combined some of the cards to make simple words. She sounded out each letter while doing the corresponding yoga pose, it turned into a fun game of movement and phonics all in one!

The yellow squishy sun is a lovely touch, she used the sun to help her remember which card she was working on. It’s soft, cute, and helps keep the activity calm and focused.

We also really appreciate the sturdy metal tin the cards come in. It keeps everything neatly stored away and makes it easy to take out and tidy up after playtime. The cards themselves are colourful, durable, and engaging, with clear illustrations that make it easy for little ones to follow along.

This set has quickly become one of our favourite learning activities, perfect for burning off energy while sneaking in some phonics practice. Highly recommend for preschoolers or anyone looking for a fun, active way to support early land mindfulness!
