I offer a four-week hypnobirthing course to support you and your birth partner to develop a positive outlook and look forward to your birth. This antenatal course will help you feel more connected to your baby and includes your birth partner so they can discover how best to support you too. 

You will learn the physiology of birth and consider your options in a welcoming non-judgmental environment. Through birth preparation you will become empowered with the information you need to make the right choices for you and your baby and learn techniques to calm your mind and manage pain.
