My aim is to hold space for you to relax, destress and connect with your inner wisdom with sound baths, drum meditation, labyrinth walking and women’s circles.

In this busy world everyone needs space to just be. To reconnect with themselves.

Life goes in cycles – just like the moon – sometimes we shine bright at other times we ‘go dark’ we need time to turn inwards, to clear out all that no longer serves us, that is holding us back from moving forwards and reaching our dreams.

Here at Labyrinth of Nurture I hold space for you to relieve all symptoms of stress that we live with day to day without even realising it.

Poor sleep patterns, inability to concentrate or focus properly, unexplained muscular aches and pains. High blood pressure, digestive issues. Irritability, depression, quick to anger or just general feelings of overwhelm and exhaustion. Are all symptoms of stress.

Which can’t be relieved by popping pills but need a change inhabits. Creating space for you to rest and rejuvenate.

Meditation and mindfulness are key and there are many ways to do this.

I bring you ways that have worked and do work so well for me. Sound baths, drum meditation, sitting in circle, walking the labyrinth and sharing wisdom using stories of old.
