Mama-FLOW: 10.00am - 10.30am -
Mama-FLOW is a fun and gentle 30 minute dance and strengthening class to ease you back to safe exercise after having your baby. The main focus is on rebuilding core strength, pelvic stability and welcoming you to a large friendly community of like minded mums.
Mama-Flow is not only a perfect exercise session for the new mother but also for any mums needing a breath of fresh air and a gently workout to start your day.
Mama-BOOGIE: 10.35am - 11.20am -
Mama-BOOGIE classes are 45 jam packed minutes long and include a gentle cardio vascular warm up incorporating toning of legs , bottoms and arms followed by a variety of alternating dance sections including SALSA, DISCO, JAZZ, CARNIVAL, SWING and HIPHOP! These are fun easy dance movements to follow (or just do your own thing!)
In Mama-BOOGIE we don’t care if you step left when we go right, it’s all about having a great time with your little one!
Cost: £8 drop in or £40 for a 6 week class pass.
