Mani Sleep Nanny offers gentle sleep training services for children aged 18 weeks to 6 years. My goal is to improve your little one’s sleep through responsive methods that are not only gentle but aligned to your child’s needs.

Every child is unique and every family is different; this is why I ensure I take a holistic view when creating a bespoke plan for my clients. Each plan is tailored to the individual child and their family giving them the rest that they have been longing for!

Sleep deprivation is hard on both children and adults and can have an impact on relationships, health habits, performance at work and your little one’s well-being.
