Fit(ish) Mum postnatal workout classes are fitness classes where you can bring your little people with you! 

Babies and toddlers chill/sleep/play whilst we all work through a whole body workout together. Toys, playmats etc are provied for little people but mums are also welcome to bring whatever will help keep their little person as comfortable as possible. 

All of the exercise moves are differentiated to a mums individual post natal capabilities and fitness levels. 

I'm a level 3 Personal trainer with a specialism in pre and post natal exercise. I'm also a mum of 3 children, the youngest is in the class as well!
