Paula Wood of Blissful Mothers is qualified as an NCT Doula, Yoga for Pregnancy, Mother & Baby Yoga instructor.
All which were accredited by the University of Worcester. I have recently completed my training as a Hypnobirthing teacher with The Little Birth Company.
I feel passionate that parents receive support, physically and emotionally and information, to feel prepared and confident to achieve a positive birth experience
